In austria copyright lasts for 70 years (even for translations)
I do not really know how to handle a worldwide broadcasting, which law to
take and stuff

In Austria we don't have a private TV station - only the one from the
government (yes that's how the situation here is! but we are fighting to
get the right to establish private , public stations)
Well actually it would be better to get a worldwide one I think, but we
could start to contact local ones as well, maybe they can offer a worldwide
connection?
