Could you elaborate a bit what you mean by participants? Do you include
the audience in this? Do you mean actors and MCs etc.? Computers? Just
talk about it a little bit more. What are the limiting factors you are
thinking about?

I think we need rehearsals more than we need meetings. We don't have a
script. We have a concept that has only changed in the last year to go
from 5 to 7 RL stages. We need practical work to inform the creative
process. Otherwise it is all theory. I suggested long ago that we might
need a conductor for this--not just a director and producer. Numerous
producers, maybe directors for each location. We need someone who
directs from where the audience sits, and there are several audiences.
