which introduction ? the shockwave animations ? if the shockwave anims
have to be changed, please make sure that we won't get it in the last
minute (as at the MMK) !! we have to distribute the files over 4 web
servers (and some slow lines). It would be great to receive them at
least two days before the performance.

I understood this point differently in the last discussion at KIS. I
thought that all 4 monitors show the same. Now, do all 4 monitors show
exactly the same lines on the screens (with the exception that only
one, the current, is "turned on") or will penelope's screen show only
the lines of penelope and her dialogue partner ?
in the latter case: we definitely need 4 networked computers and
monitors more; do you know how to handle this type of dialogue with
MOO/telnet software ?

I'm not really sure if the audio stream is enough. Maybe there is a
case where nobody is talking, but it is necessary to trigger something
? (especially at the start of the performance, i.e. the animation is
started, 10 secs after the MC enters the stage and begins to talk or
something like that).
maybe we should get used to the idea that we will have to use the MOO
for cueing, too.
