what worked was the RA transmission to cafe stein
but not to the rest of the world :(
I have not talked to people from cafe stein yet but I have the feeling
that their part of performance went quite well (pls tell me more)
The performance in Linz was technically "perfect" (really! no net lags ,
no failures)
Mischa was great
Santiago and Georg showed their multitasking abilities
Santiago controlled the animations on the screens,
the whole sound system and the voice effects of mischa
georg played 2 or 3 roles in the moo
he wa MOOMC on stage
he played a virtual actor in the green room - quoting lines their which
cold be seen on 4 monitors - those monitors were representing odysseus,
penelope, calypso and polyphem
(and I switched them on and off )
gernot controlled the curtains, which let the danube vanish :)
very dramatical
and aaron and christian took care of the laptop that was _media_ watching
the performance - this screen was shown on 10 tv screens , 3 over the bar
and 3 on the opposite site
wolfgang controlled the light, following mischa around the sky cafe
martin took a video tape
lee took care of one of the laptops thougth for the audience to use
karin and ulli opened champagne :))
just to give you a short overview of the team here, a team that worked
for day and night in the last weeks, a team of people where some of them
have worked together for over 1 year
and a team you really feel you can work with ! where sometimes you dont
have to speak many words to make yourself clear ...
this feeling I also had during the workshop
I think georg reported most of it into the MOO (he really did ALOT of
typing)
but this workshop basically showed how our team came together, what we
do, and how we "exist"
(yes it WAS the talk I held in chicago :) )
so I guess I should help packing
I will leave for vienna and than go back to NY
I am curiously waiting for reports and thoughts on yesterdays event!
we have to talk ALOT about everybodies experiences
let me just say: I dont wont oudeis to be a local event!!
do you know what I mean?
