May I suggest that we go ahead and meet this Thursday to discuss our needs for the
Freiburg Demonstration Project in June 1998. That way when we are able to meet with
Gernot and Karin again, we will have a clearer idea of what we need in the way of
admin and tech support. I have many vague and ill-formed thoughts about it and
would certainly benefit from hearing what others have to say. Is a screen a best
way to demo our work? Or do we want half a dozen workstations with an internet link
to a POTS line. More like MMK. Should we advertise? What should we advertise? Can
we get some more oudeis t-shirts? Logistics ... like an ISP, rehearsals, to setup
German-language support, a place to meet for lunch--that kind of stuff. Monika had
a good list too. I think we need to have some small-subject meetings. So let's make
the most of the opportunity.
