Juli asks, "are we having a meeting....did i get the day right this time?" MonikaW asks, "how are you?" Juli nods, is at home with bronchitis MonikaW says, "wow! that doesn" MonikaW exclaims, "not sound good!" Juli isn't in such bad shape, but needed some more rest and could skip today's stuff at school MonikaW exclaims, "yes we have a meeting - I hope people remember!" Juli nods....Jim will be late, he is teaching Juli thinks Twyla will be here MonikaW grins "You have to be up at tnxgiving I guess! MonikaW . o O ( if only kispro would come! ) Juli says, "well, since we scheduled it to be convenient for them, I am sure they will be here" MonikaW grins, is glad to hear juli's optimism Juli believes deeply in optimism's ability to effect the day MonikaW exclaims, "I saw the new ATHEMOO webpage!!!!!! great!!!!!" MonikaW is listeing Juli says, "#1 Monika and Lee select three of the dialogues to focus on....you have seleted many, but choose your favorite three" Juli says, "#2 Everyone reads them, agrees to do them in a performance as soon as possible, a performance that combines two physical stages and the moo" Juli says, "#3 Actors are found to appear on the physical stages, some on each" Juli says, "#4 We do some serious thinking about how the action will work, how it will look using the cones and biosensors, and how the moo should figure into the physical performances" Juli says, "#5 We make sure there is a director for each physical location, to work with the actors there, a director who undersatnds the whole" Juli says, "#6 Then we go to work in our subgroups, and since each group knows how it fits into the whole, this will work for the first time" Juli says, "#7 We continue with biweekly meetings, reporting how things are developing" Juli says, "#8 We schedule a rehearsal for the first scene as soon as possible, to see how it works (this is one of the hard parts, due to equip, etc)" Juli exclaims, "#9 We set a date for the whole thing and then try it!" Twyla wildly applauds Juli's succinct and well-thought-out plan! Juli smiles Juli says, "now, there need to be teams...." Juli says, "team number one is Monika and Lee, the script team" Twyla agrees, seriously. Juli says, "if we can get it to work with three dialogues, two stages and the moo, then we can build to the final destination of seven stages, etc" Twyla agrees, also doesn't think 7 stages is achievable this year. Juli says, "I saw that you had several, but that is too much to start with, that's why i said three" MonikaW says, "you mean 3 of those scenes somehow and make them work" MonikaW oks Juli says, "we can add one more scene each time we add another physical stage" MonikaW exclaims, "that sounds more feasible!"
