that's what i referred to on the second point:

some method like the one i mentioned regarding actor position could be
programmed so that each sender's adress get's a non random sound. something
like a function of the ASCII values on the sender's adress, or the like.

i think i overacted on the selection of examples, but anyway i would for
sure use computer sounds. isn't the play an anology between the odyssey
(sea roar here, please) and internet (modem cry here, please :> )?

a list of sounds whould be prepared by anybody who wishes to collaborate.
the city part i would leave, for it will be provided by each city the RL
play is on.

i'm sure we're all crossing boundaries here. (i never thought about being
in the management of a play, and i'm somehow dealing with it, learning
about it, and happy). please don't reduce yourself to any position... at
least for me.

i can program a very-little bit (HyperTalk, Lingo, html), maybe help with
the sound selection algorythm or web design. tell me if it will help.
