I sent Karin funding/sponsorship guidelines from Ameritech (an American
Telecommunications company). If you like I can send them out again. You may
also (if you're feeling in the mood...ugh it's no fun let me tell you) visit
other corporate websites. Their homepages generally have guidelines for
sponsorship and their charitable/artistic giving. This will give you an idea
of what kind of things these outstanding people (I guess they are
outstanding because they have all the money and equipment) want to know.
This may help you define the package and will help me when I present the
project to my board. Obviously there are still details to be worked out but
many proposals will not even be considered unless some basic questions are
answered.
