I have to admit that we/I failed in communications recently.
When I tried to be the primary contact person, I often wrote things that
sounded different to what was in gernots head.
And I also forced karin to be more active on the mgmt-list , something that
I now think is way too much for her between all the work she had, also for
gernot it is nearly impossible at the moment to be more active IN the net.
A solution for this would again be me as the contact person, and I will try
to avoid the misunderstandings in the future!

That is right but includes another problem: language. I recently wrote an
articel for local, vienna based newspaper, introducing theater "in" the net
and announcing the existence of oudeis. It can be found text-only on my
personal site, but it is in german!
But basically you are right! as we begin to do press releases, and maybe
little showings of our work, we have to keep everybody informed

I do understand all the things you give as a reason for not performing
before, I only have the fear that this all will get "too late" than and
that's why we thought of a possible performance in spring 1997.
one solution, if you say you cant make this (and I do not know anything
about ba or australia yet) is to have more prototypes in between? like
other open rehearsals.
