6:47 AM 6/14/97 www.vocaltec.com Appears to have some human presence
(contactability) under "Corporate." I am installing Free Beta of
Internet Phone Release 4 for Windows 3.x. This is, I believe, the
product you and Santiago were using--a full-duplex product, but not for
conferencing. Just two at a time. They have another product called
Atrium Communications Suite touted as "The complete solution for
real-time communication over an Internet or intranet, Atrium enables
multi-party audio communication from any PC client or regular
telephone." $1400US. Only for Windows 3.1.

Yet another product. This only works for Windows 3.x and I don't know
how many have to have it: "Internet Conference 2.0a for Windows 3.1:
Discuss with a group of people any Office document, graphic image or web
page without ever leaving your desk or home." Version 2.1 is now
available to download for a 14-day free period. It requires a server,
but we can use theirs--maybe that's what you are already doing. They
say, "To use ICP 2.1 without setting up your own conference server you
can use a VocalTec copy of VCS at capice.vocaltec.com. Go to the audio
preferences tab, select use audio server and type in
capice.vocaltec.com." Then the meeting would have to be at
capice.vocaltec.com. I don't think that's automatic.

I am going to have a look at PowWow. Have heard several good things
about it.

Will see if I can test these here before Tues.

Ciao!
