But presence at Ars Electronica is the news. Put the paragaph about
oudeis last, not first. First is the news and news is what has or is
about to happen. Standard journalistic style follows a pattern of
organization called the inverted pyramid--headline first (most
important), then follow order of importance. Everyone has dreams and
long term goals, but these are not generally regarded as news.
Newspapers here take press releases, write a headline, and print them as
is. If we are lucky, your papers will not do that, but will assign a
reporter to the story, maybe even a feature writer. But don't count on
it. The press release should have quotations from Wunderer and perhaps
others as if an interview had occurred and the piece was being written
by a third person.

I think this is the crux for the whole project. To put a show onto seven
stages, we will have to convince seven stage managers that we can
deliver a product that they can sell tickets for. (I have tried, btw,
to convince my local stage manager of this and she won't give me the
time of day.) We convince them that we can produce this rather
outrageous idea in reality by delivering some smaller steps up to it.
The performances themselves are the news. As far as a newspaper is
concerned oudeis is a fantasy. But MMK is real. The press release should
have a paragraph about MMK.
