This is a very hitgh priority for me, Mon.

They don't open till 9; I still have to talk to them about getting in early.
Greg is coming by my place around 6:30 a.m. PDT. I have to be at a machine by
7:30 coz that's when we have the MOO part of the workshop. Am I right about the
time? Maybe I can go last. I am worried about getting there in time and getting
Greg set up on a machine. (Are there two machines with Pueblo? All three should
have it, but I will talk to Storm Crow about that.)

So we are meeting my place going to Station Manor not later than 9. That's
about a 30 min drive for us. Then we will *each* be on on a separate machine.
It will be his first time on athemoo as GregM. I will page you. If you are free
I will introduce you. We will have plenty of time to get together after the
show. I would like to introduce him to Twyla so she can show him the control
panel and I can show him the camera control unit. He might be able to look
after the documentary work *and* run the sets.

I hope nothing goes wrong that requires Juli. Kristian will be there, so we
will have technical help.

A word abt rhx--could we have just a few min, maybe 5 at the beginning to
calibrate, get our times coordinated, say hello. Like a tuning (to one another,
to the play) at the beginning--as part of the rehearsal. . I think if we could
spend 30-60 min tuning the sets.People could take a break for that if they
wanted to, but really I would like to be hearing from the others about
it.Something in Spanish and German, maybe even French or something else. We
could play the one set for about 5 min, then do a run through a three-set
framework, 15 min with selected lines from the script..Then say 15 min for a
quick decision making discussion. Then a run-through with that decision (30 min
chopchop). and then back from the break and do it again. Some people will stay
or come back early. I think we need to spend some time looking at it just to
get used to it.Then we could run through the whole thing one more time. and be
finished in 2 hours (less than 4 hours even if the performance is an hour
long). Georg is the time keeper, the sync, the kytchen sync. We can skip the
last time through if we are longer than 3 hours at that point. I don't know how
late I can stay. I will be at the college but have a meeting I am supposed to
attend and have to catch a ride... But really the last time would be to get
everyone together--vienna, linz, moo, nelson (nelson will be portrayed by me at
the rhx, possibly by GregM and me live.)
