Aloha All!

Sorry I've been so quiet, like everyone else have been attending to stuff
irl :-) and in athemoo.... (point your browser to
http://moo.hawaii.edu/athemoo and try out the new surf n turf client that=
=20
does many things, including providing a moo/web interface that is
incredible and will be of much use to oudeis project/performances.)

anyhoo....I had an idea for Freiburg. I know that a full scale production
of AI is costly and time consuming. I wonder if we might be better suited
to working on the MOO/Web aspect, let that be our main consideration this
time. Use it as an opportunity to let the team focus on this without
having to worry about hardware and all the other things. Not that I'd
miss a chance to do this with more than one performer in more than one
location....BUT i think we all agree that the MOO/text part could be much
richer. And this would be an opportunity to do that.

I definately think we should propose something. I plan to attend live. I
think MOO is of great interest in these international things and that we
would be well served to take advantage of another international staging
arena. HOWEVER...the deadline for proposals is 23 Oct which is very
close, so we shall have to act with alacrity. Proposals, as I understand
it, are to be submitted via web, and one thing that oudeis does VERY WELL
is web things :-)

Let's do it...but we need to decide whether to try for fullscale
production or focus more on MOO/web. Can I get a show of hands expressing
interest? :-)

Love to all,
Juli, who still thinks this is one of the most important theatre ventures
of the century
