"as soon as possible, a performance that combines two physical stages and
the MOO."
Well, as far as I can see, in order to test the interplay between real
actor with virtual actor, and virtual actor with virtual actor, we will
need a minimum of three physical locations. Two for the real actor with
virtual actor, and a third for the virtual actor with virtual actor. There
is a way to do it with only two locations but it would be kind of funky and
disjointed.
Btw, this one element depends greatly on whether or not we decide to use
light cones and should show you how important it is that a decision be made
immediately on this matter before too much time and energy is invested.
QUESTION: This idea of team leader has been proposed but not fully
explained. At face value it would appear to be setting up a hierarchal
system where one person becomes more important than another. This would
seem to contradict what Georg said when he stated,
"there is _noone_, no _one_ person to decide about
their ideas. There is no dictator or leader or boss or whoever sitting
on a higher hierarchy level than the others saying _this will be done
like that_."
What I would like to know is whether in this proposed plan the team leader
is given a higher level of status than the team members and if Georg's
comments about oudeis still hold true, that is, everyone is equal and every
person has one vote, and that no one is "sitting on a higher hierarchy
level than the others."
