Hi fellow oudeis travellers!

1) Thanks for your cooperation and presence.
2) We apologize for being off the list for such a long time, but we had
to make important decisions four ourselves (see below)
3) We apologize also for not participating in the Jonny - discussion of
October / November. Criticism from outside is easy most of the time -
positive and constructive criticism is - as you can see by Jonnys
statements - hard to transport and share.
4) For us, Ars Electronica was a success; it was also, from todays view,
the end of the original _historical oudeis project_ as it was until now.
5) Regarding the position of kisprouctions: it will not continue to be
the way it was until now. kispro can not be a world wide producer. From
January 1st 1998, kispro will transform into the private persons Karin
Mayer and Gernot Lechner who will participate in the oudeis project very
much like Lee and Santiago and everybody else in a purely private way.
Karin Mayer can not raise the money needed for the world wide project,
only for the Vienna crew.
Gernot Lechner is regarding himself as not capable of continuing to be
project leader - in the sense of organization and money matters - and
therefore steps down from this position. He sees himself as not the
right person for being artistic director of a purely academic net
project, but would want to direct the possible theatrical part.

Up until now, the project was financed by kispro - except for the
private efforts of everybody which kispro values a lot. We still have
office space until March 1998 and thereafter have to find other work.

See you today in the MOO,

kispro
