I would like to stress again that the following is the official
statement of kisproductions and not necessarily my opinion.

Yours, Georg

Continuation:

6) With all due respect to the author L.H.Grant and the dramaturgical
work of Monika Wunderer, we do not believe that this team will be able
to create a text which is up at the intellectual level of a world wide
project. That means that the specific North-American text structure of
the author L.H. Grant does in our opinion not go well with the eusopean
source of the Odyssey.
We know about the efforts of Mon and Lee but still are of the opinion
that the project can only be a success if the text is written in a
structure that does justice to the author Homer.

7) We think that staging the play on two stages, as Juli suggested, is a
very good idea but are unclear about who should finance it.

8) We also question the ideas of the lightcones and the biosensors. We
think about one director per stage and agree on working in subgroups.
But: who is to pay them? At the moment, there is noone in Vienna
besidews Gernot Lechner and Karin Mayer who would participate in the
project unpaid.

9) We are willing and happy to participate in fortnightly meetings.

10) If the rehearsals of the first scenes and the dtaes for doing so are
meant to be virtual, we are willing to participate. We do not see a
possibility for staging the play on a RL stage in Vienna at the moment.

11) The following tasks have to be taken care of:

World wide production leading
Finding of a financial basis
local pruduction leading
Finding of RL stages
Finding of a technical basis for4 lightcones, biosensors and musci
Choosing actors
Composing the music
Creating a text
Net communication

12) Thereafter, rehearsals can take place

13) the people involved in the project at the moment are in our opinion
fit for the following tasks:

Monika Wunderer: Net communication and cooperation in the world wide
Production leading, Status Quo

Juli Burk: contextual and organisational leading of a theatre production
in the MOO in the context of the whole performance (like at ars)

Twyla: Cooperation with Juli

L. H. Grant: Finding of an econmical and technical basis (lightcones
etc), net communication

Santiago: Composing music

Georg: Status Quo, Moo

Aaron: cooperation in finding the technical basis

Jim: MOO

Karin: Local production leading

Gernot: theatrical directing

14) We would like to discuss the absence of people for various importand
positions like world wide production leading, finding of financial basis
etc. with all of you

15) All these thoughts can, if they are taken in the most positive way,
lead to a world wide performance of the oudeis - project on RL stages.
We would also be prepared to make a scaled down version like a virtual -
only performance in the cyberspace.
