the stage
The stage is designed analogous to a computer-screen.
The floor of the stage is divided into a matrix of squares that stand
for pixels of a computer-screen (pixels are dots on the screen of which
a computer- or TV-image consists). These pixels can be lit by spotlights
(in the colours red, green and blue) placed above them. At one corner of
the stage is the desk of the operator who watches the performance and is
responsible for the transmission of the ongoing action to the other locations.
At the opposite corner there is a screen on which information about the
flow of data in the Internet is displayed.
