problems

- soundfiles (the choros) will not work locally (MacroMedia says they
should, but they don't...).

solution: we'll need fast web access from each of the screen
computers. the problem with this is that i don't really
know which kind of connection Jim has, so i hope i'll be
able to solve thze thing locally somehow.

- Sun computers will not play shockwave movies
(MacroMedia says: 'stay tuned'... :-/ ).

solution: we'll use a computer running Windows NT on CafeStein.

things yet to be done:

- finish the screens (they have to be shortened and some have to
be added)

deadline: tomorrow (sunday), two hours before rehearsal
(but i'll have them working for today's, at least the
sync part).
jim: you'll have them available for downloading as=20
soon as i have them finished.

- finish finnegan's screens.

deadline: tomorrow, two hours before rehearsal.
jim: i know you couldn't download the audio file...
(it seems to work ok here... tried it on
Mac AND Windoze).
if you need it for rehearsal today i can attach=20
it to a mail message, uu-encoded.

- shorten the stasimous. (optional... only if time allows)

deadline: wednesday noon.
(this are only two '.swa' files, about one Mb each,
and the long ones will work anyway)

- finish the choros prototype for the workshop. (optional)

deadline: friday noon.
(if i have spare time --and i guess i won't--=20
i'll make a version for the web, so people=20
attending the moo-workshop may try it).

saludos un poco cansados,

santi=E1go.
