so lets get things clear:

first version: Mon & Gernot sitting on some cafes in Vienna.
second version: Santiago drinking beer with some spare time.
(i would not consider this a version but just a very small addition to
Mon &
Gernot's work).
third version: Lee on the woods eating Tofu.

am i right?

you can do whatever you want with the second one... after all i'm no god,
i'm just a musician. i don't like the third one (just my opinion), but
since that's god's work i guess you can't complain about it.

no copyright problems here. the text in greek was published more than two
thousand years ago, i think. i only hope homer's family likes it.
