The intention residing in the concept of the
environment is to make the impressions of the Net users transparent
and tangible to the senses.
The user of a computer-net sees only the surface of the technology,
the interface to the user in the form of a representation on his monitor.
It is our intention to make the inside of the Net comprehensible and accessible
to the senses through this environment.
It is not our intention to give still another instruction on "How
to surf in the Net" to the visitor, we rather want to guide him to
the innermost part of the Net and to offer him a view that otherwise would
not be accessible to him for lack of technical understanding. For this
purpose, the exhibition will consist of a labyrinth of tubes and spaces,
in which the visitor navigates as data carrier, so to speak.
